Message Crafting & Critiquing
"A lie can get halfway around the world before the truth can get its pants on." -- Mark Twain
Those words are especially true in our age of instant worldwide communication. In the frenzied marketplace of communication, whether globally, nationally, or locally, how do you get people to listen to and remember your message?
It starts with a humble confidence: Knowing and believing what you want to say and then thinking of what others need to hear. To communicate well you must primarily think of others. And you must consider the various types of others: those who already love you, those you want to reach and persuade, those who might be opposed to you ... or who might twist your words ... and more.
You must be willing to say less.
